DEEP CYGNUS

A deeper image of Cygnus, in the heart of the Milky Way, stretches from Deneb at upper left to Albireo at lower right. Sadr is just above center, Delta to upper right, Gienah to lower left. The North America Nebula is barely visible to the left of Deneb, while the Cygnus Loop can be just seen down and to the left of Gienah. The hypergiant P Cygni is smack in the middle; faint Cygnus X-1 (supergiant plus black hole) is down and to the right of it.
