Sextans, a modern constellations that represents the navigator's
Sextant, lies due south of the sickle of
Leo. The bright star a the upper edge is Regulus; the one at lower
right is Alphard in Hydra.
Sextans' luminary, Alpha Sextantis, is near dead center.
