Cassiopeia and
Perseus are seen in context as they go over the northern pole.
The Queen's upside-down "W" is to the left, the star-streams of the Hero
to the right. In between, in the Milky Way (which streams between the
two), is the Double Cluster.
Andromeda
falls toward the top, with its great galaxy M 31 toward the
upper left corner.
The faint stars toward the bottom belong to
Camelopardalis.
