Dim Crater, the Cup, lies to the west of
Corvus, the Crow, whose bright western stars are seen at the
left edge of the picture. Crater rests on the back of
Hydra, the Water Serpent. The brightest star at the far right is
Nu Hydrae. Alkes, Alpha Crateris, is just down and to the left of it.
Crater's luminary, Delta Crateris, is just up and to the right of center.
